Why Choosing Seubert’s
Quality Home Care

Our journey...

Seubert's Quality Home Care has been a locally owned and operated family business since it was founded in 1988 by Judy Seubert. In its early days the business was run out of the Seubert's spare room. Judy, a nurse and former nursing home administrator, acted as the manager, bookkeeper, and full-time caregiver. She had one employee: her daughter Karen Foley who was a senior in high school.
In just a short period of time the reputation of providing personalized and exceptional home care to clients grew the business from a mother-daughter venture to include employing over 150 caregivers, Registered Nurses and a headquarters office staff in Lewiston. A Branch office in Moscow was opened allowing Seubert's Quality Home Care to serve clients in Latah, Nez Perce, Lewis, Clearwater and Idaho counties in Idaho, and Asotin, Garfield and Whitman counties in Washington State.
In June 2003, Judy's first employee (her daughter Karen) and her husband Jason McKinley took over ownership of Seubert's Quality Home Care
The McKinley’s proudly continue over three decades of providing excellent personal care services to people of all ages throughout Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.
